Overview
Uses the schedules included in PTS-League. The assigner has access to all the schedules for which he has the responsibility to assign referees. This system requires referees to enter the unavailablilities with their login. The assigner prepares a referee profile that is used to match the referee to the games available. The assigner is also able to prepare pays for the games played. These are visible in the referee's account

Features
  • An individual referee section through which the referee may, through a user code, enter his un availabilities for the next assignment period

  • Receives his assignment of games .

  • May reject and confirm games if his availability has changed.

  • He is informed of his earnings after game sheets are validated in PTS-LEAGUE.

  • We have included a complete email package internal to our system, to permit messaging within the referees and the assigner to help manage the daily re-assignment problems.

  • Referees available in PTS-REG are imported and are able to be assigned to games scheduled in PTS-CAL.

  • The assigner is able to create individual referee profiles specifying inclusions and exclusions parameters.

  • Are assigned based on their availability and their profile of skills and exclusions, on a championship basis.

  • Follow up for the referee assessor to keep track of yearly evaluations, Cooper tests etc…

  • Assignments can be grouped by fields and or zip codes

  • May add additional payments and or withhold payment

  • Earnings can be ‘balanced’ by assignment period or by season to date

  • Referees can be added if they are from out of district
